The Fulton Police Department recently completed a much-needed computer upgrade project financed entirely through the use of state grant money to update the former 8-year-old system.

Hewlett Packard rose $.77 or 1.6 percent, to $48.09. IBM fell $.31 or .3 percent, to $122.66. Lexmark rose $.34 or 1.1 percent, to $32.60.
