TAOYUAN, Taiwan, Aug 29 (Reuters) - Taiwan's Quanta Computer Inc <2382.TW>, the world's biggest contract maker of laptop PCs, posted a 19 percent rise in second-quarter profit on Friday after stronger demand for laptops.
